Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge
The construction of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge started on December 28, 2016; the entire line was opened on November 28, 2023; and it was put into trial operation on June 30, 2024.
It is a world-class "bridge, island, tunnel, underwater interchange" cross-sea cluster project with a total length of about 24.0 kilometers, of which the mid-sea section is about 22.4 kilometers long; the channel line is a two-way eight-lane expressway with a main line design speed of 100 kilometers per hour. The total investment of the project is 46 billion yuan
